 Custom Jewelry:

Custom jewelry takes 3-8 weeks depending on the scope of the project. All custom jewelry requires a Custom Jewelry Agreement. Once a design is finalized the cost of materials and 50% of labor are due upon signing. The remaining balance is due when the piece is complete. Jewelry Care:

Handmade jewelry is precious and should be treated as such. We recommend taking off jewelry when working out, gardening, cleaning, showering, swimming and sleeping. 

If you notice a stone is loose in a setting please stop wearing the jewelry and notify us or take it to a local jewelry shop for immediate tightening. Continuing to wear jewelry with a loose stone can further damage the setting and will increase the cost of the repair.

Post earrings are fragile. When you are not wearing post earrings make sure to store them in a box so the posts do not bend or break.  

Sterling silver and brass will oxidize over time. To prevent this from happening store jewelry in an air tight plastic bag. To clean dirt and oil off of jewelry wash with a mild soap and warm water. 

Jewelry Repair/Sizing:

Any damage to a piece of jewelry after it is completed can be repaired at an hourly rate of $150. 

Sizing a ring costs $60-$150 depending on the materials and scope of the work.  Reattaching post earrings is $35 per post.
